Moved from Edmonton to Ottawa this summer.  We watched YouTube as part of our realtor search and there are some very good options but Candice stood out for us.  She had some videos aimed at government jobs and knew the intricacies that had to be navigated which made us feel at ease enough to email her.l as her familiarity to our field was vast. She responded promptly and set up a virtual meeting. She is easy to talk to as she is energetic, friendly and is from this area so anything Ottawa related or nearby towns she had the answers.

Spent a few days looking at houses in the areas we desired and never showed us a house she knew wouldn’t match our needs. She actually heard what we had to say and never tried to change our minds. Her commitment to us really showed when she submitted an offer on our behalf from the airplane as she was about to embark on a sunny adventure. Everything fell into place and we got the house we wanted. She also got us perks but I’ll let you find out for yourself.

Assisted us through the process and met a couple of times over that span. Recommended us to a lawyer who has been on point throughout as we needed something signed within 24 hrs and they did not disappoint.

We found Candice through her YouTube channel while we were still living in Washington, DC, and had actually been watching her videos for over a year before we reached out. By that point, we already felt like we knew quite a bit about Ottawa and the different neighbourhoods (thanks to Candice), which made the decision to contact her an easy one.From our very first call, the entire process was incredibly smooth. Candice took the time to understand our family, our budget, and exactly what we were looking for. She was honest with us throughout the entire process, extremely professional, and, we felt taken care of every step of the way.What impressed us most was how much preparation was done before we even arrived in Ottawa. We had a clear plan for our house-hunting trip, so we weren't wasting time looking at homes or areas that weren't right for us.When we arrived in Ottawa, we found the perfect home for our family in Kanata on our second day of showings! Just 60 days later, we were moved in and settling into our new home.Relocating to another country with a family could have been incredibly stressful, but Candice made the entire experience feel organized and manageable.
